The first Oulu 'Reindeer Feria' was a great success both according to both the organisers, the visitors and the Finnish media.
“Sami culture and Flamenco fit astonishing well together”, stated Outi Länsman from the Giellagas institute of the University. Anna Murtola of the Pohjolan Flamenco ry was also very satisfied: “All the work we did was really worth it. We are looking forward to making the Reindeer Feria to a yearly happening in Oulu.”
