Dear Sir,  Drawing by Marja Siira My name is Mrs. Smith and I hereby would like to complain about the current weather. I am living in Oulu, Finland at the 65 th latitudinal parallel, and although we are in November, the weather is not at all correspondent to this. It is raining at plus two degrees. During winter in Finland there should be snow, a lot of it, and temperatures well below zero. Instead, now we have a climate worse than spring in Britain! With all due respect, I demand proper weather: snow, even a small blizzard if possible, night temperatures below minus ten, Northern Lights, and sunny, frosty days!
