A young woman has reported being raped on the Oulu island of Vihreäsaari, near the beach on Saturday night between about 11pm and midnight.

According to Oulu police, the attacker had an average body build was between 1.75 – 1.80 metres. The man was between 40 and 50 years old with dark short hair and a moustache. He was wearing a darkish baseball cap, a short, fair coloured jacket that came down to his waist and dark trousers. Oulu police are appealing for further information.
