Scheduled for 9 December, both Oulu University and Oulu University of Applied of Science will be show-casing their ‘international’ English-language degrees which include qualifications in architecture, engineering, business, education and health.

Beginning at 5pm at the Kirkkotorin koulutuskeskus on Asemakatu 5, there will be a series of presentations about the degrees and representatives from each of the departments involved.

Finland’s new ‘Education Act’ – which comes into force next year – has initiated radical reforms in Finnish Higher Education. Institutions will now be able to charge tuition fees, on a trial basis, to Non-EU students in certain English-language Masters Degree courses.
