For the first time in their history, the Oulu Finnish Red Cross have an emergency first aid course in English. “The Red Cross needs volunteers,” says dark, pretty Red Cross Development Officer for Multicultural Activities, Miriam Attias, 29. “Foreigners are welcome to join and that´s why we started to organize this course in English,” she says.
